Meaning you cover the cost of all drinks served at the end of the night, another alternate option is not tab and guests are responsible for paying for all of their own drinks. Before you choose to hire a bartender and serve alcoholic drinks it is best to check with the council as to whether this is allowed, most beaches do not allow any alcohol on the beach, but you can serve them at a nearby park or green area in some cases.
